When will my art arrive?
You can estimate your art's arrival by adding the processing and transit times. Because all of our paintings are custom made on canvas we typically process items within 5-7 business days. Commissioned paintings and portraits completion times are discussed before we accept your request.

What type of packaging do you use?
Paintings on canvas are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers. Framed or stretched items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.
How do I track my order?
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
How much will shipping cost?
As our product sizes vary, you will be able to find accurate shipping costs on the cart and checkout pages. If you want your stuff there faster, see Expedited and Overnight shipping cost at checkout.
Is my package insured?
Kimicanvas.com guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team through by email.
What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?
We combine similar items in one shipment subject to the processing times of all items in the shipment (see processing & delivery times). If an unexpected delay should occur that prevents available items on your order from shipping when expected, you may specifically request that the available items be shipped separately. Contact our customer support team directly by email.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can deliver packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address.

Painting will be shipped rolled in a tube, you will need to take it to be stretched or framed
Stretched Gallery wrapped ready to hang
Stretched On Wood: Painting will be stretched over inner wooden frame ready to hang but NO outer frame, edges (sides) are painted.
Giclée Print
This brilliant art print on canvas is made using a sophisticated giclée printing process. After this process all of our prints on canvas are retouched with original paint and brush strokes by our master artist, which deliver pure, rich color and remarkable detail making each piece special.
Original art Hand-painted Art
An original work of art, this hand-painted canvas is stretched and ready to hang. Due to its unique nature, slight variations may occur from one piece to another.
Stretched Canvas Print
Artist-grade canvas is stretched and adhered to the face of our designer wood frame to add depth and dimension to the art.
Our Return Policy
All orders from kimicanvas.com are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. For rolled canvas (unframed or un-stretched ) paintings, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Click here to start the return process. Return labels will be provided for U.S.-based customers. Any applicable duties or fees on international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once a custom or commissioned artwork has been hand painted for you it cannot be resold by Kimicanvas. Because of this, we don’t offer returns on custom paintings and portraits. So, we will make sure you are happy with your painting before it's shipped.
Similarly, because stretched or framed prints are each custom made to order, all sales of stretched or framed prints are final, and not eligible for cancellation or exchange. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used to purchase your art.
